Andy Grammer (1) – Week Of July 25, 2015

So I did my research and I've come to the conclusion that Andy Grammer – Honey I'm Good has taken 32 weeks to hit #1. It's already more than halfway to lasting a year and it just hit #1 now!!! Plus, who knows how long this song will stay at #1. It's safe to say this song had the longest climb to #1 in Hits 1 Weekend Countdown history, but I'm not 100% sure it's correct. Before we get to this week's Fresh 45, here are the songs we're saying goodbye to this week.

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Wiz Khalifa/Charlie Puth – See You Again (–14)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: The Weeknd – Can't Feel My Face (+17)

Well, even though it's kind of old, I'm happy Honey I'm Good has achieved the #1 spot. I knew it was possible. I hope this song stays there for a few weeks just so Shut Up and Dance can start moving down the countdown.

New Entrants
~ Tori Kelly is back sooner than I expected with her second countdown song, Should've Been Us. I had to listen to this one quite a few times to get a solid opinion on it. It's pretty catchy. Tori Kelly has this unique voice similar to Demi Lovato that allows to really hit those high notes. I really don't know if this song is better than Nobody Love from earlier this year. But for now, I'm enjoying this song.

~ Shawn Mendes – Stitches is not necessarily my favorite song from Shawn Mendes. But it's pretty good. It spent quite a while on Hit-Bound. I think Shawn Mendes has a lot of potential for a 16-year-old. He has a very unique voice that I instantly fell in love with.

~ MKTO are back yet again with their new single, Bad Girls. I have to say, it's very hard for them to try and top their most successful song, Classic. Bad Girls comes with a whole lot of funk that instantly caught my attention. And that chorus though. These guys have done it yet again with this song.

~ Finally we have the returning band, 5 Seconds Of Summer. They debuted (up at #17) with She's Kinda Hot. This isn't necessarily my favorite song from them as I think She Looks So Perfect and What I Like About You were better. They try very hard to be a rock band when in reality, they're just another pop-rock band. But hey, this band is full of hot guys. So what more do you need?

Should've Been Blurbs
~ The ratio of good to bad songs in the Top 10 is currently 1:5. That's not good at all. Plus we had four bad songs in a row.

~ Maroon 5 – This Summer's Gonna Hurt... barely had any airplay this week yet it's still in the Top 20.

~ Adding to that last blurb, David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama and One Direction – Where Do Broken Hearts Go aired normally on Monday, but then just stopped airing for the rest of the week. Of course I'm happy Where Do Broken Hearts Go and Hey Mama are still in the upper half of the countdown. But they may be leaving us soon.

~ The Heydaze – Dumb has probably already hit its peak at its debut position. I don't see it getting any higher.

~ Charlie Puth/Meghan Trainor – Marvin Gaye clearly isn't getting anywhere on this countdown spending most of its time below #30 even though it was #17 on iTunes last time I checked.

~ Adam Lambert – Ghost Town has spent a really long time on Hit-Bound and has shown no signs of debuting in the near future. It may not make it to the countdown unfortunately.

~ Bea Miller – Fire N Gold has hit a new peak at #14. Her new album, Not An Apology came out earlier this week. You should go check it out.

~ Nico & Vinz/Bebe Rexha – That's How You Know is on Hit-Bound. Why did Hits 1 have to edit out Kid Ink??? This is so annoying. Hits 1 needs to give these rappers some credit.

~ In entertainment news, this past week was One Direction's 5-year-anniversary as a band. It was all over Twitter with the #5YearsOfOneDirection. Honestly these boys have grown so much in the past five years and it's amazing to see how a band that came in 3rd place on The X Factor can suddenly become the biggest boyband in the world. So congrats to them on this special achievement.

~ Before I wrap this up, I just want to quickly go over one specific rule for commenting here. First off, I don't care if you swear in the comment section. Swear all you want as long as your not offending/insulting other people. But please do not use the word "gay" when you're insulting something. It's extremely offensive to not only me, but anyone else who might be gay. That's all. "Gay" is not a term you may use to insult with. If I see it used like that from here on out, I will immediately remove your comment. That's it.

~ The Hit 45 Chart for this week is out! Will Hey Mama be the #1 song for a seventh time overall?!?!?! You'll have to click to find out!

~ Throwback Pick Of The Week: Andy Grammer – Fine By Me

My Top 5 Picks
1. David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama
2. One Direction – Where Do Broken Hearts Go
3. Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer
4. Fifth Harmony – Worth It
5. Ed Sheeran – Photograph

Walk The Moon (5) – Week Of July 18, 2015

I didn't think I could ever dislike Shut Up and Dance as much as I do now. Leave the #1 spot, the Top 10, and the whole countdown!!!! So this week wasn't very good. But I'll manage to fight through it so you guys can have a post. Plus, I'm almost 2 years into this blog and I haven't missed a single week. So I'm not going to let it happen now. No songs leaving the countdown this week, unfortunately, which was the first sign this countdown wasn't going to be too good.

  4. Wiz Khalifa/Charlie Puth – See You Again (#4) [4 Weeks At #1]
  3. Andy Grammer – Honey I'm Good (#7)
  2. Taylor Swift – Bad Blood (#2) [1 Week At #1]
  1. Walk The Moon – Shut Up and Dance (#1) [5th Week At #1]

#1 Song This Week One Year Ago: OneRepublic – Love Runs Out

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Taylor Swift – Style (–17)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: DJ Snake/AlunaGeorge – You Know You Like It (+25)

My Heart Is A Blurb Town
~ Jesus Christ, why is You Know You Like It at #14?!?!?! I'm tired of hearing that same beat after each chorus. Knowing Hits 1, it will probably fall back down soon.

~ Hits 1 made a mistake by saying Carly Rae Jepsen – I Really Like You had the Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week. I guess they didn't want to accept the fact that a Taylor Swift song dropped so many spots.

~ The Top 10 is not looking very hot right now. There are only 2 songs that are really good. The rest are only good/okay/bad/old.

~ I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think Andy Grammer – Honey I'm Good has the capability of being our #1 song sometime in the near future. I may be wrong. But I just have this feeling that Honey I'm Good can hit #1.

~ Earlier this week, the comment section started a debate about opinions for Omi – Cheerleader using the #TeamCheerleader or #TeamNoCheerleader. It's pretty obvious I go #TeamNoCheerleader. But we seem to be split in half about opinions. So yeah. Cheerleader is downright annoying in my opinion.

~ Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young probably won't be staying with us for that much longer.

~ Fall Out Boy – Centuries has been on this countdown for what feels like centuries. Seriously, who is still voting for this song??? Let me guess, Hits 1. With their love for Fall Out Boy, they will not let this song leave even if it get no votes. It will not leave until it has spent a year on this countdown. Hits 1, if you are reading this, go ahead and prove me wrong. Prove me wrong by making this song leave next week.

~ Katy Tiz – Whistle (While You Work It) has lasted quite a while on this countdown. I'm surprise it isn't gone by now. It'll most likely leave within the next few weeks.

~ Words cannot describe how annoying Maroon 5 – Sugar is. It was bad before, but now it's even worse as I've heard it too many times for a song I really don't like. Please leave soon. This song wins the award for worst Maroon 5 song ever!

~ One Direction – Where Do Broken Hearts Go has spent the entire time on this countdown in the #11–#15 area so far. How about we leave that range and enter the Top 10? Maybe? PLEASE???

Hits & Misses
~ Since we have no new entrants I had to think of something I could add to the blurb section. So here is a mini review of Pete Wentz's show, Hits & Misses.

~ Pete Wentz had a very special guest on this week's edition of Hits & Misses. It was our Hit-Bound artist, MAX.

~ New Politics – Everywhere I Go (Kings and Queens) played during the show. For those who don't remember or weren't around at the time. This song was a former Hit-Bound dropout. Hopefully, that brings back some memories.

~ Here is the Hits & Misses song list:

  • Skrillex & Diplo/Justin Bieber – Where Are Ü Now
  • Big Data/White Sea – The Business Of Emotion
  • The Weeknd – Can't Feel My Face
  • Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer
  • Wiz Khalifa/Charlie Puth – See You Again
  • Travie McCoy/Sia – Golden
  • MAX/Hoodie Allen – Gibberish
  • Selena Gomez – Good For You
  • Major Lazer/DJ Snake/MØ – Lean On
  • Twenty One Pilots – Tear In My Heart

  • Panic! At The Disco – Hallelujah
  • Sia – Elastic Heart
  • Fall Out Boy – Uma Thurman
  • MAX – Mug Shot

Back to regular blurbs.

Louis Tomlinson's baby news STILL have yet to be confirmed by him. I honestly can't trust any of these articles out because for all I know, they could be making this stuff up. Still waiting for Louis to confirm it himself.

~ For those who are unaware, I did get a shout out from Spyder Harrison during the countdown. After I Really Like You, but before Uptown Funk, Spyder Harrison was going through his list of people to shout out and I was in that list. If you want to get a shout out from him during the countdown but don't know how, you first of all need a social media account. Usually, on Thursday or Friday, Spyder Harrison will ask on Facebook or Twitter if anyone wants a shout out and to leave your name and city/state/province. I got lucky and I was the first or second person to comment my name and state. So if any of you listened to the countdown, I did get a shout out.

~ #1 Recommendation For The Countdown: Prince Royce/Jennifer Lopez/Pitbull – Back It Up

~ Most Missed Song This Week: One Direction/Zayn Malik – What Makes You Beautiful

My Top 5 Picks
1. TIE: One Direction – Where Do Broken Hearts Go
1. TIE: David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama
3. All Time Low – Something's Gotta Give
4. Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer
5. Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Expecting A Baby?!?!

If any of you have been on social media yesterday, you'd know about the viral news about how One Direction singer, Louis Tomlinson is expecting a baby with stylist, Briana Jungwirth, someone who I personally have never heard of until yesterday.

These rumors, however, still have yet to be confirmed and Directioners have been responding to these rumors in MANY different ways. First off, you have the fans who are happy for Louis and are saying he'll be a great father. Then you have the fans who are freaking out saying that this cannot be. You also have the fans who are clearly "Larry Stylinson" (Louis Tomlinson + Harry Styles) shippers who say stuff like, "OMG Louis and Harry are adopting!!!" or "OMG Harry is pregnant?!?!". Then there are the ones who just don't care. Honestly, there have been a variety of different responses from fans and the media that it's hard to categorize each and every one of them.

Many people have said that Briana Jungwirth confirmed on Twitter that she's not pregnant. However others have responded saying she doesn't have a social media account and that it was fake. When I tried searching for her on Twitter, I found a lot of fake accounts. So I'm agreeing with the fans who say the tweet was fake. Others have said that they won't believe these rumors until they are confirmed by Louis Tomlinson himself.

These two are reportedly not dating, which definitely makes this story interesting when you think about how she even got pregnant in the first place if these rumors are even true. But they have a really strong friendship and they're both (claimed to be) really excited about the baby.

As for my opinion on this whole story, I honestly don't know what to believe. They are so many articles related to this out there that I want to think it's true, but then again, I agree with the people who are saying they won't believe until they hear it from Louis Tomlinson. I will not believe these rumors until I hear from the guy these rumors are about that they are true.

Now I am a hardcore Larry Stylinson shipper. I've shipped these two for basically forever. But if these rumors turn out to be true, I would definitely support him. I would love to see how Louis Tomlinson does as a father. My main concern is how it will affect his career. We really don't need One Direction to all of a sudden have only three members. But overall, if the rumors are true, I will definitely support him as he goes through fatherhood.

So what do you guys think of this viral rumor? Do you believe it? How do you feel about Louis Tomlinson becoming a father? Let me know in the comment section below.

Walk The Moon (4) – Week Of July 11, 2015

How many weeks has it been now where we've had at most 3 exits/entrants? It all started after that week we had 7 exits/entrants like a month ago. At least 2 out of our 3 exits deserved to go. Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Pitbull/Chris Brown – Fun (–20)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young (+11)

New Entrants
~ The Mowgli's are back with their second okay/mediocre song, I'm Good. Honestly, there's nothing special to this song whatsoever. I definitely think there were better songs on Hit-Bound that should've debuted instead. But it's not horrible. I'll live with it for now.

~ American Authors are also back with their new single, Go Big Or Go Home. Their last appearance on the countdown was early last year with their smash hit, Best Day Of My Life. Like I'm Good, there is nothing special to this song. Again, I think they are better songs on Hit-Bound that should've debuted instead of this. But I'll live with it for now. (So basically I'm Good and Go Big Or Go Home have the same exact review.)

~ Finally we have returning artist Demi Lovato after having one of the summer songs of last year, Really Don't Care. I have to say, I'm really liking her new single, Cool For The Summer. It's obviously not her best song vocally. I personally think the first single from her album, Demi, and the 2013 hit, Heart Attack is her hands-down best song. Cool For The Summer doesn't quite reach that height unfortunately. But it's still a really enjoyable song that could go high on this countdown.

Hit-Bound
~ I don't understand why there is so much hate for Kaya Stewart – In Love With A Boy. I think that song is really catchy. It just debuted on American Top 40 this week just so you know.

~ Hits 1 finally realized Daya's song is Hide Away, not Hideaway.

~ Shawn Mendes – Stitches debuted on AT40 this week. Let's try to get it to the Weekend Countdown soon.

~ Here is the Hit-Bound list:

  • Daya – Hide Away
  • MKTO – Bad Girls
  • Adam Lambert – Ghost Town
  • Shawn Mendes – Stitches
  • Tori Kelly – Should've Been Us (DEBUT)
  • Deorro/Chris Brown – Five More Hours (DEBUT)
  • Kaya Stewart – In Love With A Boy
  • Los 5 – Manana
  • Icona Pop – Emergency (DEBUT)
  • Sam Smith – Like I Can
  • Becky G – Lovin' So Hard
  • Zedd/Jon Bellion – Beautiful Now (DEBUT)
  • MAX/Hoodie Allen – Gibberish
  • Just Seconds Apart – Unbelievable
  • Fort Minor – Welcome (DEBUT)

Top 5 Hit-Bound Picks
1. Fort Minor – Welcome
2. Zedd/Jon Bellion – Beautiful Now
3. Adam Lambert – Ghost Town
4. Sam Smith – Like I Can
5. Deorro/Chris Brown – Five More Hours

Blurb Big Or Blurb Home
~ The recovery from Pitbull/Chris Brown – Fun clearly did not last very long.

~ I really can't see Ed Sheeran – Photograph as a #1 song, but since Ed Sheeran is now an extremely overrated artist, it will probably be our #1 song at some point.

~ Selena Gomez – Good For You fell to #30 on its second week on the countdown. Not a very a good way to start a countdown career.

~ DJ Snake/AlunaGeorge – You Know You Like It just became really annoying this week. So I would appreciate if it left the countdown soon.

~ Let's take a minute to honor Marlon Roudette – When The Beat Drops Out for being a very catchy song that lasted longer than we thought it would last. Thank you for your time.

~ Adam Lambert – Ghost Town needs to debut already! I see so many people on Twitter voting for this song, but it barely gets any airplay during the week.

~ So there's was a story this week that Ariana Grande was apparently licking donuts at some donuts shop. Now she's apologizing, but so many people are saying that she's only sorry for getting caught and she's not sorry for what she actually did. I don't really know the whole story, but it's all over my Facebook news feed. So I thought it was something to share.

~ Think back a few months ago to when the whole world was debating the color of "The Dress". Well part two is here and it's called "The Shoe". Basically these people had this shoe and couldn't figure out which nail polish matches the color of the shoe. There's a purple and pink nail polish (see pic below).

I personally think the pink nail polish matches the shoe. But honestly, like the dress, it has something to do with your perception of color that makes half the world see it differently than the other half. Which nail polish do you think matches the shoe? Let me know in the comments down below.

~ To wrap it all up, I have one special thing to say. We had a very special birthday earlier this week. I'll give you a minute to think about who it might be.

Alright, so this past Wednesday was the birthday of our very own Weekend Countdown host (and my favorite radio DJ), Spyder Harrison! I don't know if he's reading this or not. But if he is, Happy (Belated) Birthday!!! We definitely hope you had a fantastic day! Let's now all wish him a happy birthday in the comments section below even though we're a few days late. But hey, better late than never! :) #HappyBirthdaySpyder

My Top 5 Picks
1. David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama
2. Sam Hunt – Take Your Time
3. Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young
4. One Direction – Where Do Broken Hearts Go
5. Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer

The 10 Best-Selling Albums/Songs/Vinyls Of 2015 So Far

So recently, Nielsen Entertainment published their mid-year music report which shows the number of albums, songs, and vinyl records sold so far this year.

Ever since Taylor Swift dropped the first single off 1989, Shake It Off, she's been ruling the charts and I know we've seen that here on the Hits 1 Weekend Countdown as she broke the record for most weeks at #1 with Shake It Off. 1989 was definitely Taylor Swift's biggest, most successful album up-to-date mainly because of Shake It Off and her transformation from the country side to mainstream as a whole. So of course, 1989 is at #1 for most of these categories.

However when you look at the best-selling digital songs so far this year, Taylor Swift is nowhere in the Top 10. Instead, it's being overrun by artists like Mark Ronson, Ed Sheeran, Wiz Khalifa, Maroon 5, Ellie Goulding, and more. This list will be down below.

So without further ado, here are the Top 10 best-selling albums, songs, and vinyl records as well as the 10 most-streamed songs.

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Shaggy/Mohombi/Faydee/Costi – I Need Your Love (–27)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: The Weeknd – Can't Feel My Face (+21)

New Entrants
~ The Heydaze – Dumb reminds me of Heymous Molly – Life's A Beach. With that being said, it's just as bad and just as annoying. It'll most likely just be another one of those songs Hits 1 keeps around for maybe a month and will then kick out.

~ Flo Rida is back with I Don't Like It, I Love It featuring Robin Thicke and Verdine White. I find this song to be very catchy and better than GDFR. I hope it stays here for a while. Robin Thicke has some nice vocals in the chorus.

~ Selena Gomez debuted this week with Good For You, a song that debuted at #1 on iTunes (I think). It's definitely a different sound for her. It's somewhat similar to her last countdown song, The Heart Wants What It Wants. I don't Selena Gomez's voice really shines as much in this song as it does in other songs. Hits 1 edited out A$AP Rocky's verse, which I'm fine with. I don't think it'll be very long until I get sick of this song.

I Don't Like Blurbs, I Love Them
~ Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young should not be dropping on its second week on the countdown. Hits 1, I hope you realize how annoyed I am by this and FIX IT!

~ All Time Low – Something's Gotta Give has hit a new peak at #11. I'm very impressed by how well it's doing here considering it's not really popular anywhere else. Keep right on doing what you're doing!

~ Rachel Platten – Fight Song is now in the Top 10. I'm starting to lose interest in this song. Don't be surprised if I start complaining about it being old soon.

~ I'm sure people are sad about You Know You Like It most likely leaving next week, but I'm actually happy. I've overlistened to it at this point.

~ Pitbull/Chris Brown – Fun is slowly recovering from the little fall to #32 a few weeks ago now hitting a new peak at #21.

~ Carly Rae Jepsen – I Really Like You has not moved from that little #11-#15 area in a while now. Let's get into the Top 10! I'd be happy to remove Want To Want Me and/or Uma Thurman from the Top 10 so you can enter.

~ Unlike Earned It, The Weeknd – Can't Feel My Face jumped into the Top 20 really quickly.

~ All songs in the Top 5 moved, but stayed in the Top 5.

~ MAX/Hoodie Allen – Gibberish and Demi Lovato – Cool For The Summer both entered Hit-Bound this week. I'm definitely happy about both of them. They're definitely two of the best songs on Hit-Bound.

~ Hopefully, Taylor Swift – Style can start dropping already. It's finally out of the Top 10. Hopefully for good.

~ For those of you who are unaware, I posted Part 2 of the 400K pageview milestone on Thursday - the Q&A post. Be sure to check it out if you haven't already. It is the previous post.

~ My Hit 45 Chart for this week will hopefully be out later today. If not, tomorrow.

~ I hope you guys have an awesome 4th of July! My family and I always watch fireworks on the night before the 4th of July. It's always fun every year. It's one of the traditions we have.

~ Since we were driving home so late last night, I got to listen to some of Pete Wentz's show on Hits 1, Hits & Misses. Pete Wentz plays some pretty interesting music including MAX/Hoodie Allen, Panic! At The Disco, Lolo, and of course, his own band, Fall Out Boy

~ Throwback Pick Of The Week: Gym Class Heroes/Adam Levine – Stereo Hearts

My Top 5 Picks
1. David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama
2. Nicki Minaj – The Night Is Still Young
3. All Time Low – Something's Gotta Give
4. Flo Rida/Robin Thicke/Verdine White – I Don't Like It, I Love It
5. Pitbull/Chris Brown – Fun

400,000 Pageview Special (Pt. 2) – Q&A Post

Hey guys! For part 2 of my 400K milestone, I'm doing a Q&A post. You guys sent me questions. So now I will answer them. Like last time, I will be answering every real question I received. So let's get right to it!

Question: What celebrites do you like?
Answer: I don't know what you mean by "like". There are a lot of celebrities that I think are cool, too many to list. But if you mean "like" as in "have a crush on", that's completely different. Basically every celebrity I've had a crush on I've gotten over. Like I've had previous celeb crushes on celebs like Hunter Hayes, Ross Lynch, Austin Mahone, and Justin Bieber (cue the gasps). But I got over all of them. So yeah.

Question: What is your opinion on the other 2011 hit Hot Chelle Rae  Tonight Tonight?
Answer: I thought this song was catchy for a little while, but then I got sick of it like the majority of songs that hit the radio and blow up around the world. But overall, my initial reaction to this song was definitely a good one.

Question: Who do you think is part of the squad?
Answer: I'm not going to name names because I'll most likely forget someone and I don't want to do that. Basically anyone who reads, comments, and enjoys these posts and this blog I would consider to be part of the squad.

Question: Is All About That Bass worse than Trap Queen?
Answer: This is a REALLY tough call. I would probably have to say...........yes. All About That Bass is worse than Trap Queen. But by a really close call.

Question: What is your least favorite song?
Answer: All About That Bass. The first time I heard it, I was thinking to myself, "Is this some kind of joke?!?!?!"

Question: How tall are you?
Answer: I don't keep track of how much taller I get that much so I really don't know. It'd be safe to say I'm 5 foot something. The last time someone told me my height was my doctor at my yearly physical and I don't remember what it was at the time.

Question: What's your favorite YouTube video? (Other than music videos.)
Answer: This is a good question. I think it would have to be one of the videos that went viral back in 2013. And that is the "Drive Thru Headless Prank". It's absolutely hilarious. I die laughing every time I watch it. It can never get old. After you've watched this video, you can check out this guy's channel and he does a bunch of other drive thru pranks like having a skeleton, scary doll, and no driver at all. I'll put the link to the headless drive thru prank down below. But I highly recommend you watch these videos if you haven't already!

Question: When did you start blogging?
Answer: My Hits 1 Weekend Countdown blog had officially started on August 10, 2013 while my personal Top 40/45 chart (now known has Hit 45 Chart) started on January 18, 2014.

Question: Do you have Spotify®?
Answer: Yes, I do have a Spotify but I barely ever use it. I listen to my music and make my own playlists on BeatsMusic, which is an app. Usually, Spotify is my back up plan in case I can't find a certain song on BeatsMusic. If an artist is like Taylor Swift and doesn't have their music up on any of these music apps, I usually end up spending $1.29 to download the song from iTunes, which is what I had to do with Taylor Swift/Kendrick Lamar  Bad Blood.

Question: What time do you usually blog the weekend countdown post?
Answer: It usually depends on my schedule. I usually do my best to try and have it out on Saturday whether it's in the morning or at night. But basically I try to get it out as early as possible. There are occasionally things like me being on vacation somewhere that delay the posts from being posted. But it doesn't happen that often.

Question: Do you sing or play an instrument? If you play an instrument, what instrument?
Answer: I don't play any instruments, unfortunately. I do sing however. I'll admit I'm one of those people who sing in the shower. See I usually play music out loud on my phone in the bathroom while I'm taking a shower and I usually sing along to that. I've been told I have good voice. So that's pretty good.

Question: What's your favorite subject in school?
Answer: Well right off the bat I can tell you my least favorite, which is History. I don't why I just really don't like that subject. As for my favorite, there isn't one that I really "like". I'm really good in Math classes like Algebra and Geometry. So I guess Math???

Question: Do you have an iPad?
Answer: Yes, but I barely use it. I spend most of my time on my iPhone, where I play games, watch YouTube, etc. I also spend time on my Google Chromebook, which I use to blog since blogging on my phone is really hard.

Question: Good job on your 400K pageview special! I have a question and a suggestion. What's your favorite food? The suggestion is when you think a song is old, the next week you think it's great. I'm not saying it's stupid. I'm saying is you should mix colors like green (for great) and yellow (for saying it's old) then you can say it's old AND it's great. (Sorry it's long.)
Answer: First of all, my favorite food is probably a chicken sandwich. Thanks for the suggestion. Even I have to admit, my opinions for some songs is like a roller coaster. It really just depends on how I feel about coming on the radio for that week. For an example, let's use Sam Hunt – Take Your Time. One week I may get annoyed whenever it comes on Hits 1 (or any radio station) while the next week I may be really enjoying it. So really when I color-code songs a certain color for one weekend, it represents how I thought about it over the course of the week. I may take your suggestion into consideration, but for now, I'm going to just keep it the way it is. Great suggestion though.

Question: On the countdown, can you put on the side of the songs that hit #1 how many times it hit #1?
Answer: I sure can. :)

Question: What's your favorite song?
Answer: Right now I'm really enjoying Demi Lovato's new single, Cool For The Summer. So I guess I'll pick that one, for now at least. Aside from that I'm also of course enjoying David Guetta's hit, Hey Mama.

Question: How are you so good at blogging? Keep up the great work! #RoadTo500K
Answer: I don't know. I just blog and you guys seem to enjoy it. The one thing you really need to blog this kind of thing where you mainly review stuff is an opinion. You HAVE to have an opinion on this kind of blog because I'm always reviewing new music that debuts on the countdown and of course, I have to pick a side between me liking it or me hating it. So those are the basics for blogging a blog like this. Even though this is technically a countdown blog, it's also a review blog.

Question: What is your favorite song ever and why?
Answer: I have absolutely no clue. I've listened to millions of songs and now I have to pick one to be my favorite song ever. For now I'll just pick Calvin Harris/John Newman – Blame just because I can't pick one, but that is most likely not my all time favorite song. What I love about this song is mainly the vocals. John Newman has an amazing soulful voice. Calvin Harris' part in the song also makes it really catchy.

Question: What is the song currently that you think should be number one on the weekend countdown?
Answer: David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack – Hey Mama

Question: Favorite TV series?
Answer: America's Got Talent, Modern Family, and Under The Dome.

Question: What's the best class of exits?
Answer: I don't know. Obviously the class with the most red songs and least green songs. But I can't recall what week that might've been.

Question: Is there one single song out there that you think should absolutely not exist?
Answer: I think I've ranted enough for Trap Queen and All About That Bass. Of course those two songs are great examples of songs that should not exist. Wax – Rosana is another great example. There's too many for me to list just one. But I think a definite song that should absolutely not exist is the 2010 hit, Cee Lo Green – Forget You. That song is complete garbage and did not deserve the amount of success it got. I found Cee Lo Green to be an extremely annoying sounding artist. So yeah.

Question: Yo.
Answer: Yo.

Question: Do you enjoy being gay?
Answer: I find this to be a very interesting question and here's why. Asking a gay person if they enjoy being gay is like asking a straight person if they enjoy being straight. I do feel comfortable and proud with my sexuality and I feel like the Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage across America made me feel better about myself and my sexuality. I haven't had a boyfriend yet so I don't know if I'll enjoy that, but I'm almost positive I will. Man, I haven't even had my first kiss yet. This is sad lol.

Alright guys! You sent me the questions, I gave you the answers! I hope you enjoyed this post! I heard Demi Lovato will have the Weekend Takeover all this weekend, so she'll be hosting both the countdown and Hit-Bound promoting her new single, Cool For The Summer. And to wrap it all up, I hope you guys have an awesome 4th of July even though I'll probably be posting on that day anyway.
