Top 10 Rihanna Songs
So this week, Rihanna managed to hold at #1 for a fourth week in a row on the Billboard Hot 100 with her hit single, Work. I still dislike that song with great intensity. But how about the songs from her that I do like? She is one of my favorite female artists and is definitely in my Top 10 list for my favorite artists of all time. So picking just 10 songs that I like from her wasn't the easiest thing in the world. But I managed. So here are my Top 10 favorite songs by Rihanna!
10. Don't Stop The Music (from "Good Girl Gone Bad")
9. Stay (feat. Mikky Ekko) (from "Unapologetic")
8. Pon De Replay (from "Music Of The Sun")
7. Where Have You Been (from "Talk That Talk")
6. S&M (from "Loud")
5. Rude Boy (from "Rated R")
4. We Found Love (feat. Calvin Harris) (from "Talk That Talk")
3. Umbrella (feat. Jay-Z) (from "Good Girl Gone Bad")
2. What's My Name? (feat. Drake) (from "Loud")
1. Disturbia (from "Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded")
Honorable Mentions: Love The Way You Lie (Pt. 2) [feat. Eminem] ("Loud"), Cheers (Drink To That) ("Loud"), Right Now (feat. David Guetta) ("Unapologetic"), Diamonds ("Unapologetic"), Only Girl (In The World) ("Loud")
Those were my Top 10 favorite songs from Rihanna! What are some of your favorite songs from her? Let me know in the comment section down below and please be nice. That is all I have for you today.

DeleteNice post! I'm not a fan of Rihanna but my favorite song from her is We Found Love
ReplyDeleteNow for the interesting question:
ReplyDeleteHugh Janus or Mike Oxlong?
I love all of these songs, expect Stay, which I find quite boring, Love The Way You Lie (Part 2), Cheers, and Right Now.
ReplyDeleteI'll do you one better Adrian. My Top 15 Rihanna songs:
1. Umbrella
2. Where Have You Been
3. We Found Love
4. Diamonds
5. Rude Boy
6. SOS
7. What Now
8. Pon De Replay
9. Disturbia
10. Bitch Better Have My Money
11. Don't Stop The Music
12. Only Girl (In The World)
13. American Oxygen
14. Work
15. S&M
Honorable Mentions:
DeleteTowards The Sun
FourFiveSeconds
I completely forgot about Towards The Sun! I loved that song! That is definitely an honorable mention.
DeleteI know right? I haven't seen the film Home though, which this song was featured on, yet it was a chart flop, considering it never debuted on the Hot 100.
DeleteAlso have you notice that Rihanna has had 14 #1 hit songs, and has had 52 weeks at #1 for all of them combined. The only artists to have more than that are the Beatles (at 59 weeks) and Mariah Carey and Elvis Presley (Both have 79, although Elvis is sometimes credited with an 80th counting the Pre-Hot 100 charts)
DeleteYeah true. Rihanna really is a successful artist. Even though I was very disappointed listening to Anti, people are still buying it and making her that successful artist she was a few years ago.
DeleteI haven't bought the album, mainly because I'm a bit disappointed BBHMM, American Oxygen, and FFS were released for the album, but are not apart of the album. Now they're just non-album songs, but even they had some success, despite never hitting #1, or in American Oxygen's case, never entering the top 40.
DeleteEven though I like all three of those songs, they all sounded completely different from each other. So I had no idea what her new album would sound like. I am disappointed as well that those three songs did not make it on to the album. FourFiveSeconds was pretty successful. Bitch Better Have My Money had a decent amount of success. American Oxygen spent like, 3 weeks on AT40. That song flopped pretty hard.
DeleteAnd yet, after 3 songs, Rihanna manages to make a new song, that shoots its way into #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and it looks like it will stay there for another month. Unless Piece by Piece or even Stressed Out overtook Work in multiple categories.

ReplyDeleteThat's a little after when I started commenting I've been following this blog since like March 2014.
DeleteDate I Started Following: March 2015
DeleteDate I Started Commenting: Late June
I started following at the end of 2016 but didn't comment until May 2015.
Delete*end of 2013
DeleteIdk if I've ever hit the follow button. I'd have to do that. :/ but if first started reading in late 2013. Then stopped for a while and started reading again in November 2014, which inspired me to begin my own blog.
ReplyDeleteI played this online review game at school today and my username was DonaldTrump and I won
ReplyDeleteDo you seriously think Donald Trump should be President?
DeleteEither him, Hugh Janus, or Mike Oxlong
DeleteOr Ben Dover
DeleteI'm being serious. I hope you realize that Trump is racist and sexist. He wants to deport Latino immigrants and ban Muslims from entering the United States. He also promotes violence and torture. I don't think these are very good qualities a candidate running for President should have.
DeleteAlong with that, he is against same sex marriage. Same sex marriage is just stupid and should be abolished all across the world, and with Trump that will be taken care of
DeleteParker, you just made a really dumb and big mistake.
DeleteI am now completely offended. Trump's views on same-sex marriage is just another reason he is an awful human being and should definitely not be running our country. There is absolutely nothing wrong with same-sex marriage and same-sex couples. In the end, it's just love, something that Donald Trump will never ever give this country if elected President. Saying that same-sex marriage should be abolished all across the world shows that you are extremely ignorant and inconsiderate of anyone, like myself, who just so happens to be gay.
DeleteI completely agree with Adrian. Adrian, I'm sorry Parker made that offensive comment.
DeleteAdrian, you should be able to block him, because I went on my Google account and blocked him and Chase. I couldn't reply to them, and I think if you block Parker, he won't be able to comment on this blog.
DeleteI'll take a look and see what I can do.
DeleteExcuse me Adrian, but same sex marriage should be banned because the Bible states that a man should marry a woman, not a man marrying a man. And everything the Bible says is right.
DeleteOh. You're one of those people who uses the Bible as an excuse. There are so many things the Bible says that people go against, and apparently it's fine. But the same-sex couples just have to get all the hate. Keep in mind that that book was written thousands of years ago and so many things have changed. And if you're so against same-sex marriage, then don't get married to someone of the same sex! It's absolutely none of your business how same-sex couples live their life. I could continue this all night if I wanted to.
DeleteAdrian, just delete his comments. I can't stand these homophobic comments Parker keeps adding.
DeleteNEW MUSIC ALERT: KRIS ALLEN - WAVES
ReplyDeleteNew Music Alert: Bebe Rexha/Nicki Minaj- No Broken Hearts
ReplyDeleteChase does so many of these I thought this comment was from Chase :P
DeleteI knew it wasn't him because Chase always puts it in all caps, which is super annoying by the way.

ReplyDeleteTHE BEST. AT40 CHART. EVER.
WORST. AT40 CHART. EVER.
DeleteWhen I compare it to this, I'm literally crying from it. This wouldn't have happened if we already had a 6+ DTHNOB this year but I think why Hits 1 is behind is because of the YouTube 15.
DeleteStressed Out is #1 on that AT40 chart so are you sure.
DeleteYeah and Get Ugly left but WHO CARES? We got Work From Home and Middle had the biggest jump!!
DeleteI changed my blog name! It's called The Place You Wanna Be! type up the link below:
ReplyDeletetheplaceyouwannabe.blogspot.com or ca
It's hard to believe I'm almost 12!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah and it's hard to believe my league is going to make it in the Top 64 playoffs out of 50,000 others
DeleteThat's why I can't comment from Sunday till possibly mid or end week
DeleteMost Missed Song: Rudimental/Ed Sheeran - Lay It All On Me
ReplyDelete#1 Recommendation For Hits 1: DJ Snake/Bipolar Sunshine - Middle
Best Song On Hitbound: Shawn Hook - Sound Of Your Heart (Work From Home will probably debut so)
Worst Song On Hitbound: It is still Unsteady even though I hate Stone Cold a lot more than I did before. (Yes, I actually listened to the Idol version of it!)
Now for my predictions that I will obviously fail on:
Exits
Good To Be Alive
Get Ugly (sadly)
Entrants
Work From Home
Either History or Me, Myself, & I
#1 Song: Either Stressed Out or Perfect
Now watch me fail, watch me mess up (to the tune of Watch Me)
DeleteIf Me Myself and I debuts I will literally put it in yellow for the rest of its tenure.
DeleteAnd I will shoot you
DeleteYou are one very irresponsible kid, Parker.
DeleteActually, I am not. I make it to the playoffs tomorrow, and my league will be one of only 64 (out of like 50,000 total) to make it and I get awesome stuff from it

WHAT WERE THOSE PEOPLE SMOKING WHEN THEY MADE THIS COUNTDOWN
Not that it's necessarily bad, it's just ALL OVER THE PLACE
I know I was laughing out loud when Stressed Out was played at 21 and One Call Away was played at 1.
DeleteIt's actually a coincidence that Stressed Out is at #1 because the artists' name is TWENTY - ONE Pilots.
DeleteAnd I'm so happy that Drag Me Down had the biggest drop this week but it could've been bigger.
DeleteI can't believe it! We let One Call Away at #1 and Stressed Out dropped to twenty one. Pillowtalk or Stand By You are much better #1 choices.
